I started this work after seeing many people struggle with diabetes in a way that felt overwhelming—

not because of the condition alone, but because of the confusion, restrictions, and fear surrounding it.

Most people were told to avoid the food they grew up with…

and to depend completely on medicines without understanding their own body.

Slowly, I realised something important:
